If a picture is worth a ¨thousand words¨than these should say plenty. Indeed, shark was on the menu this week. A valiant few decided to try Casablanca's fried cazón, a small shark (served fried) but unlike anything they had had before. Also on the day´s menu was a salad with gulas (think small eels, but made of fish) and shrimp, lentejas (lentils) and also pastel de champiñones, which is similar to a quiché but with different dough.
